After I place an order, when will  it ship? The same day when the order is placed before 3:00PM EST, Monday through Saturday.

How do I track my order?  You will receive an email confirming your order. The email will have your tracking number. 

How do I request a return?

 1. Log into our store, then go to My Account.

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason

4. Click Submit Return Request.

After submitting the request, you will see the Return Instructions from your settings.
